Giant Steps Supported Employment Programs offers job training for adults with special needs, including employment training and job coaching. Our vocational programs include vending services, thrift store operations, and fleet maintenance. All profits generated from these programs are used to pay our participants.

We also offer job development services where we match the needs of businesses with the strengths and interests of our candidates. Our job developers work with individuals throughout the job search process, including customized job placement and candidate development, job coaching, and on-the-job training. We believe in connecting capable people with the best-suited jobs for both the employee and employer based on mutual goals.
