The success of Giant Steps is greatly attributed to our staff members. Each staff member must submit to criminal background investigations and random drug testing.

 

In addition to the training provided by DDS, a mandatory in-house training program is also be completed. Staff members attending to clients that require specialized services must be knowledgeable in those areas and additional training is provided to ensure those qualifications are consistently met.

Staff Requirements:

• Live Scan fingerprint screening

• CPR/First Aid Certification

• TB Screening

• Satisfactory driving records
